The Minor Judge makes new topics in this forum section, after compiling evidence against a suspected criminal, and gives his verdict. BUT REMEMBER--if the accused wants to give evidence to support his innocence, THE MINOR JUDGE should include that when making a new topic. The Minor Judge should refer back to the Charter, for example be like "Rule Number 4 in Section 2.3 of the Charter says..."
The Supreme Judge (The Premier) reviews the cases, replies on the topic with his verdict, and if the criminal is guilty, gives him a penalty.
